Manager of Capitalized Software

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Capitalized Software and Fixed Assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the accounting process for software development capitalization and fixed assets
• Lead the implementation of a time-tracking tool to capture software development time
• Prepare monthly reports on software capitalization and manage relationships with vendors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5-8 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in management
• Internally developed software capitalization experience preferred
• Public accounting or public company experience preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred
