Senior Accountant (NJ Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the key point of contact for accounting topics and ensure compliance with accounting principles for the North America region
• Implement and improve financial reporting processes and reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording of transactions in accordance with US GAAP
• Assist in preparing financial reports, managing relationships with external tax accountants, and supporting the North America Head of Finance in various financial matters

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Accounting
• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting
• Working knowledge of basic tax laws and US GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software systems; experience with D365 is a plus
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
