Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage month-end close processes and build accounting procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Manage complex accounting areas such as deferred commissions and stock-based compensation
• Compile financial reporting packages and support audits by liaising with external auditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field; CPA is a plus
• 3+ years of experience in managing general ledger or public accounting
• Proven expertise in US GAAP and complex accounting topics
• Experience with global ERP systems
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to improving efficiency
