Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage aged accounts, process appeals, and reconcile credit balance accounts
• Collaborate with patients, clinicians, and insurers to ensure timely account collections
• Participate in the Quality Assurance plan and comply with CLIA and HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 3-5 years of experience in medical billing, health insurance, or collections
• Preferred experience in insurance billing
• Working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding is preferred but not required
• Ability to manage time effectively
