CPA Licensed Assistant Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Controller to manage accounting operations in a multi-unit retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month-end and year-end close process
• Supervise offshore accountants in handling invoice coding, journal entries, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and support treasury operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Active or previously held CPA license
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting
• Experience supervising offshore teams
• Deep expertise in NetSuite ERP
