Job Summary
A company is looking for an Underwriting Assistant, Management Liability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the lifecycle of policies, including managing credit control activities and ensuring timely closings
- Assist with underwriting new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals in compliance with standards
- Maintain knowledge of insurance guidelines and provide customer service support to clients
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Some experience in a service industry in a similar role
- Underwriting experience in the insurance business with policy documentation handling
- Customer service experience
- General insurance background preferred but not required
