Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its finance function and ensure robust financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly close process and prepare consolidated financial statements
• Direct Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Tax functions across multiple locations
• Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

• CPA is preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with consolidations and reporting in a multi-entity environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP, payroll regulations, and tax compliance in the U.S. and Canada
• Familiarity with ERP and reporting systems
