Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all general accounting functions, including AR/AP and payroll
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Build and lead the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation is highly desirable
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a similar high-growth industry is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency with accounting software and advanced knowledge of Excel
