Project Accountant - Virginia Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accountant - Real Estate and Development (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile project costs, invoices, and vendor payments
• Assist with capital forecasts, investor reporting, and financial modeling
• Help refine accounting policies and ensure compliance with GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in real estate development, construction, or public accounting
• Proficiency in Excel modeling and cash flow management
• Experience with Sage 300 CRE is a plus
• Strong understanding of GAAP and construction/development accounting
