A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to gather necessary information for annual reporting
- Review client-submitted documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare required government filings and educate clients on their 401(k) plans
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
