Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing processes for Bulk and Commercial contracts
• Provide customer service for billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate collections efforts

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Accounting or related field strongly preferred
• Proficiency in financial ERP software and billing systems
• Solid understanding of billing regulations and GAAP
• Billing system migration experience is a plus
• Experience in month-end financial close processes
