CPA Licensed Capital Markets Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets - Director to lead transformative transactions and drive client readiness for IPOs and debt offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise companies on IPO readiness, debt offerings, and liquidity events
• Lead delivery of IPO readiness projects and coordinate multiple workstreams
• Mentor junior team members and maintain quality project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA license (or equivalent)
• At least five years of experience in public accounting or capital markets advisory
• Strong technical skills in U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS
• Experience with SEC reporting and IPOs
