A company is looking for an AR Team Lead to oversee a revenue cycle team responsible for billing, collections, and denial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the revenue cycle team
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue cycle efficiency and performance
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and financial metrics

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable or revenue cycle management
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Experience with Epic
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook
