Key Responsibilities
- Collect and process time submissions from field staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Calculate applicable pay based on submitted data and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with Finance and School Accounts Management to ensure accurate payroll information
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field or HS Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a business environment
- Experience with payroll systems, spreadsheets, and MS Office
