Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process time submissions from field staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Calculate applicable pay based on submitted data and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with Finance and School Accounts Management to ensure accurate payroll information
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in a related field or HS Diploma with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a business environment
  • Experience with payroll systems, spreadsheets, and MS Office
