Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Revenue Cycle Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in the Revenue Cycle space and collaborate with the Team Lead on training materials for new hires
• Monitor and ensure accuracy and compliance of organizational functions and processes, preparing reports for management
• Identify opportunities for procedural improvements and implement changes to enhance performance and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related experience and/or an Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or five years of relevant experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred
• Knowledge of revenue cycle practices and healthcare experience is a plus
