Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month-end close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable and spend management, ensuring compliance with expense policies
• Support financial reporting and manage tax and compliance workflows across multiple entities

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience in fast-paced SaaS or tech environments
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with general ledger management
• Proficiency in accounting systems like QuickBooks and finance tools such as Ramp and Stripe
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and tax compliance is a plus
• CPA or progress toward CPA is a strong plus, but not required
