Texas Payroll Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist I responsible for preparing and processing multi-state payrolls.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process multi-state full-cycle payrolls, including various deductions
• Monitor electronic timekeeping systems for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate payroll transactions and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of recent payroll processing experience
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly preferred
• Knowledge of blended SCA, DBA, and CBA is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
