Key Responsibilities
- Completes claims and documents billing activity according to regulations and guidelines
- Reviews trends related to denials and takes necessary actions to resolve accounts
- Processes and researches electronic remittances and bank deposits
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One-year experience in related financial services or healthcare business office required
- College degree (bachelor's or associate) preferred
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Prior healthcare computer system and Epic billing experience preferred
