Accounts Receivable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst II for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact corporate clients and vendors regarding outstanding receivables to obtain payment
• Research payments and analyze open receivables to provide accurate information and resolve issues
• Prepare reports on outstanding receivables and assist cross-functional teams to resolve pending issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of collections experience
• Minimum of two years of college or equivalent work experience
• Thorough understanding of debit/credits, reconciliation, and the collections process
• Proficiency with relevant software such as Atlas, Oracle, and Excel
• Knowledge of the relocation industry is a plus
