CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct accounting practices and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP/ASC-606
• Manage the General Ledger, including journal entries and balance sheet maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee day-to-day accounting operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA required)
• 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a Web3 or fintech environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
• Audit experience required, including working with external auditors
