CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process ensuring accurate reporting across multiple entities
• Manage healthcare revenue operations, including claims tracking and cash collections
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support executive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with 2-3 years in a senior role
• Strong foundation in GAAP accounting and experience managing an accounting team
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent credential
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-site organizations, preferably in healthcare
• Expertise in healthcare or digital health environments
