Associate Director of Institutional Markets

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Institutional Markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) quoting process and respond to RFPs
• Build market presence by developing relationships with brokers and engaging with plan sponsors
• Support pricing and collaborate with teams to analyze deal economics and ensure compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PRT, retirement, actuarial consulting, or institutional insurance markets
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis tools
