Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support compensation modeling, reporting, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain doctor compensation models for accurate payroll calculations
- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and summaries for senior leadership
- Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers behind actual vs. budget and prior year results
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of financial analysis experience, including forecasting across income, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Advanced Excel skills with proven financial modeling expertise
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAGE preferred) and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Background in doctor compensation analysis; multi-site or multi-doctor experience strongly preferred
