Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and modeling for mid- to large-scale M&A transactions and strategic investments
• Build and manage comprehensive financial models, integrating revenue forecasts and cost structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess deal structures, risks, and strategic fit

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proven experience in evaluating and modeling high-level M&A transactions and strategic corporate deals
• Strong knowledge of deal structuring, valuation techniques, and scenario analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA strongly preferred
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills and experience influencing senior executives
