Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing a team
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems and FP&A software/BI tools is a plus
