Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate agency performance and profitability
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting with insights on revenue performance and margin trends
• Monitor key metrics and develop dashboards to keep the team focused on critical areas

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Comfortable working with artificial intelligence to modernize financial processes
• Proven ability to make data accessible and actionable for diverse audiences
