Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with the CEO and COO to drive growth
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting functions
• Oversee M&A initiatives, due diligence, and integration of acquisitions

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader in healthcare
• Experience taking a healthcare organization public or working through large-scale M&A transactions strongly preferred
• Comfortable leading both strategy and execution with a hands-on leadership style
• Confident communicator, capable of engaging with executive leadership, boards, and investors
• Entrepreneurial, flexible, and able to thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving environment
