Revenue Cycle Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees domestic and offshore Revenue Cycle Management staff to ensure timely completion of RCM functions
• Tracks and publishes ongoing metrics for RCM work, while improving processes for quality and efficiency
• Trains and develops team members, manages escalated billing inquiries, and ensures compliance with reimbursement procedures

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited college is required; advanced degree preferred
• Three years of relevant work experience in healthcare administration, financial services, or insurance customer services
• Two years of experience with HME claims is preferred
• Experience in a Medicare certified HME, IV, or HH environment is advantageous
