Senior Alternative Assets Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Alternative Assets Associate - Hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and implement alternative asset investment opportunities, conducting due diligence and collaborating with legal and compliance teams
• Conduct ongoing reporting and surveillance of investments, maintaining and improving processes for quantifying and reporting results
• Stay updated on industry trends in alternative asset management and perform ad-hoc research projects as required

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in economics, finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related field with quantitative skills
• 2+ years of experience in a front office role within a bank, insurance company, pension fund, or asset management firm
• 2+ years of experience in alternative asset management
• Understanding of the insurance company framework and capital market fundamentals
• Experience in evaluating and reporting on relationships with alternative managers and strategies
