A company is looking for a Director, Tax & Treasury.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global tax planning and compliance, including managing audits and staying current on legislation
• Develop and execute global cash management strategies, overseeing banking relationships and financing
• Build and lead a high-performing tax and treasury team, providing strategic advice to the executive team

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience required
• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting
• Master's in Taxation preferred
• CPA is highly preferred
• Five years in a leadership role required
