Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head / Vice President of Finance to lead financial operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a financial strategy aligned with the company's mission
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Deliver actionable financial reporting and insights to drive decision-making

Qualifications

• 15+ years of finance leadership experience in telehealth, ecommerce, SaaS, or D2C, preferably in a start-up environment
• Deep understanding of PC/MSO operations with a focus on profitability
• Experience in hybrid cash and GAAP environments with deferred revenue models
• Proven track record in capital planning and cross-functional financial support
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent credentials preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
