FP&A Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FP&A Manager to act as a strategic partner and bring the corporate finance function in-house.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the budget process, including monthly budget vs. actual analysis
• Develop financial models for customer profitability and support strategic planning initiatives
• Prepare financial sections for board decks and investor updates, and implement scalable financial processes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, particularly in budget management and forecasting
• Strong background in financial modeling and reporting
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering
• Proficiency in financial systems and accounting workflows
• Experience in vendor management and optimizing financial operations
