Insurance FP&A Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize financial models and forecasts within Adaptive Planning for insurance business budgeting and planning
• Analyze insurance financial statements to provide actionable insights and variance explanations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the insurance sector
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning/Insights
• Strong understanding of insurance financial metrics and regulatory requirements
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and data visualization tools
