CPA Licensed Tax Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Tax & Treasury to shape its Tax and Treasury strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global tax planning and compliance, including audits and legislation assessment
• Develop and execute global cash management and liquidity strategies
• Build and lead a high-performing treasury and tax team while partnering with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in tax and treasury roles
• BS/BA in Finance or Accounting; Master's in Taxation preferred
• CPA is highly preferred
• Five (5) years in a leadership role required
• Strong technical knowledge of global tax regulations and treasury operations
