Senior Manager of Collections

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Credit & Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AR Collection specialists, ensuring effective workflow and performance goals
• Oversee timely collections of invoices and tailor strategies for different customer segments
• Design and implement end-to-end collections processes and build reporting to monitor performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in AR or collections, including at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven track record in managing AR and collections, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and AR best practices
• Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
