Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting for client businesses and oversee the client team to ensure value delivery
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll visibility
• Conduct monthly financial close, KPI management, and lead client meetings with insights and coaching

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; Master's degree or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience at the Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Exceptional financial modeling skills using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
