Investment Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investment Data Operations Associate to join their operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain model recordkeeping and performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Compile and deliver detailed monthly AUM reports and prepare quarterly fiduciary reports
• Act as a liaison between the investment team and external advisors for communication and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or 5 years relevant experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in investment operations or a similar role
• Familiarity with SMA & ERISA platforms and model portfolio workflows
• Experience with performance reporting and billing reconciliation
• Strong understanding of data management
