Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and executive reporting
• Own monthly financial reporting, cash flow management, and board-level materials
• Partner with the CEO on strategic planning and ensure aligned execution across departments

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience in FP&A and financial operations within a scaling company
• Strong understanding of subscription models, cash flow, and financial compliance
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA or MBA is a plus
• Experience interfacing with private equity investors and/or board members
