Senior Manager of FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager/Director of FP&A, Revenue & GTM.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders
• Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews with actionable insights into performance drivers
• Lead the annual operating plan, long-range financial plan, and rolling forecast processes for Revenue and GTM functions

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of FP&A experience in a high growth environment, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong background in revenue forecasting and GTM performance analysis
• Proven experience partnering with GTM leaders and influencing senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• FP&A Planning tool implementation experience preferred
