Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Investor Relations & Treasury to lead external stakeholder communications and treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships
• Craft and deliver external financial communications and coordinate earnings communications as the company approaches public readiness
• Drive IPO readiness initiatives and establish investor relations infrastructure for public company operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, treasury, and financial planning, preferably in high-growth technology companies
• Proven track record in leading capital raises and managing credit facilities
• Deep expertise in treasury risk management and liquidity planning
• Strong experience in developing investor-facing communications and financial narratives
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
