Secondary Marketing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Secondary Marketing Servicing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly/quarterly sub-servicer activities including MERS/Escrow/Remittance Reporting
• Serve as the primary contact for servicing transfers and investor remittance reporting
• Conduct monthly GL reconciliations and resolve reconciling items

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience in residential mortgage origination, servicing, operations, and underwriting
• Knowledge of capital markets, secondary marketing, and investor liquidity measures
• Experience within an OCC/FDIC/Federal Reserve/CFPB US Bank
• Familiarity with LSBO Investor Reporting and Contract Finance
