FinOps Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FinOps Specialist to join their Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including cost allocation, billing, and expense tracking
• Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams to monitor cloud usage and optimize infrastructure spend
• Support vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and renewals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial operations, FinOps, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of cloud cost management (AWS, GCP, Azure) and SaaS financial tracking
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with BI or financial tools
• FinOps certification or training is a plus
