CPC Certified Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Revenue Cycle- Coding and Collections for an Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee coding, charge entry, remittance posting, A/R collections, and denial management for a remote team
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor productivity to ensure timely processing of charges
• Develop and mentor team members while maintaining relationships with providers and medical staff

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or GED required; AAPC or AHIMA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of coding experience required; previous management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle systems and coding, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Maintain coding certification (CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA)
• Extensive knowledge of payer-specific rules regarding coding and claim editing rationale
