Senior Finance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Finance Specialist to join their international accounting team, focusing on financial operations for Nordic entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements for Nordic entities, ensuring compliance with accounting principles
• Perform daily accounting tasks, including vendor bill entries, payroll reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting
• Manage project work aimed at improving internal policies, processes, and systems

Required Qualifications

• Certified accountant or Bachelor's/Master's degree in tax, accounting, or finance, or equivalent vocational training with experience
• Profound knowledge of international accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite, Payhawk, SAP, or Workday
• Fluent in written and spoken Finnish (C1/C2) and English
• Based in Europe, ideally in Finland
