Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global tax strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee global tax compliance and manage tax audits and authority interactions
• Lead, mentor, and develop the tax team while driving operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive tax experience in a multinational corporation
• Deep technical knowledge of U.S. federal, international, and indirect tax law
• Strong ASC 740 expertise and experience with SOX 404-compliant environments
• Demonstrated experience in leading global tax audits and M&A integration
• Proven leadership and people development skills
