Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Finance and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to functional leaders, ensuring alignment and execution across teams
• Identify and evaluate new strategic initiatives and conduct analyses to support decision-making
• Monitor business performance, detect trends, and lead investigations to propose actionable interventions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, or analytics, preferably in fintech or tech
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI platform (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across various functions
• Ability to translate complex data into insights and align with executive stakeholders
• Exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, or cohort-based revenue and cost analysis
