• Lead and mentor accounting and finance teams while advising on financial strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Five plus years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Experience with financial management systems
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements and budgets
• Knowledge of implementing internal controls and financial compliance
