Finance Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Finance Project Manager (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management for key FP&A initiatives, focusing on the Long Range Planning (LRP) process
• Own project governance and delivery framework for LRP, developing roadmaps and project plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve LRP milestones and facilitate collaboration

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or project management
• Deep familiarity with FP&A processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Experience in large-scale FP&A or Finance PMO organizations with knowledge of project management methodologies
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple project components effectively
• Outstanding stakeholder management and collaboration skills
