Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams in Revenue Optimization and Revenue Integrity functions
• Develop and execute strategic plans for growth and operational efficiency
• Oversee vendor management and implement automation strategies to enhance revenue cycle processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related areas
• Strong people management and offshore resource management experience preferred
• Proven expertise in payer auditing and chargemaster oversight
• Experience using Athena EHR required
