Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including variance and trend analysis, and prepare comprehensive financial reports
• Assist in the development and management of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic initiatives, providing financial modeling and scenario analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Experience in Adaptive Planning preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
• Proven experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting
